Job Requirements of Human Resource Generalist:
Human Resource Generalist Job Description:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for our clients; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies.
- Facilitates client employee training sessions including harassment and discrimination prevention.
- Administers benefits program including benefit plan presentations and enrollment processing.
- Provides guidance to clients related to performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Helps clients maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Human Resource Generalist Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Admin, or Public Admin preferred
- PHR certification a plus
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must possess great writing and speaking skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
